Puerto Vallarta Wedding

Amazing! all i have to say is, 10 year anniversary renewal of the vows at this place! oh my gosh soo beautiful. I'm all about the beach. I just love everything about this.

Cinco De Mayo!

I Hate Roots

Ever since middle school I have been highlighting my hair blonde. What a pain and so expensive. Who knows the amount of money i spend on doing it every 6 to 8 weeks. I swear I just got my hair done at the beginning of April and it already looks awful. With that said i have decided to go a little bit darker. Not brown but a dirty blonde. Right now its pretty blonde so Im thinking like a golden darker blonde with some lighter pieces in it. So when my roots do grow out it doesn't look so horrific and make me not want to leave the house.

I am going next week to get my hair blonde one last time for Allie's wedding. I am not going to go brown right before her wedding and it look absolutely ridiculous in her pictures.
So after this I will be going darker blonde. i have faith in my hairstylist. She is pretty great.
I'm thinking of something along these lines.

Simple but Beautiful Wedding

This wedding was actually up for the the knot wedding of the year. But I am a huge fan of pintuck linens. I think they look awesome. I also love the centerpieces with hydrangeas and manzanita branches. tons of candles hanging from a tree and the jcew bmaid dresses. Just love it all.

Master Bedroom Love

Now this is a type of master bedroom that i'm talking about. I've always wanted to have a seating area in my bedroom and a big window with silk drapes from the ceiling to the floor (i am in love with pretty much all of Candice Olson's work, this room was designed by her)



and a walk in closet with a chandelier, full length mirror and possibly an island but that isn't a must! ( ha my dad would tell me right now that my dreams are a bit lofty but hey a girl can dream)




jeff and i have started a list of things that are musts when we get a house. The little things that bother us from day to day living. For instance get huge washer and dryers so i dont have to do a million loads of laundry and waste soo much water, industrial size refrigerator and freezer, multiple shower heads in our shower and the list goes on and on.

Annual Girls Weekend

Every year my mom, sister and I take a "girls trip." Now that my sister and I are off and married and out of the house mom likes to take us away for a couple days just to have some fun.

We are considering a couple different places that would be fun.

Wine Country in California- only problem is mom isn't a big drinker so we figured that wouldn't be as fun for her


Jamacia- We always love the sun and water


Charleston- I have never been and want to go so bad but my sister has been quite a few times recently so she would prefer somewhere different


Nashville- I would love to go back since I only been once when I was younger and I've heard its lots of fun.


Anyone have any good suggestions? We are going the end of June most likely and we are trying to figure it out sooner than later!

Sorry I've been MIA

Sorry I have not posted in a while I have been pretty busy. We had a fun filled weekend hanging with friends and family.
Jeff went fishing yesterday with our brother-in-law and I hit the town center up with my mom and sister to find some pants. I was successful and so was jeff. He caught a red fish!
