I woke up with a swollen throat and stuffy nose as well as my husband. what is going on? We keep getting sick! it's going to be a long day for me when i rather be in bed.

Back Home

We are back from Charleston. We had a great time although I am tired! I am catching on some time missed with the hubs!

We literally ate and drank the entire weekend. The food was outstanding! So tomorrow is a new day for me. I am back to the HIT center this week and I'm going to die. I will be back later this week with a recap of the trip although I took my camera out to take a picture and it was dead. So I will have to get some pictures from my mom and sister to share.

On another note I am starting to really stress out about work. I have so much to do to get my classroom ready and I go back to school in three weeks and I have 0 time to get into my classroom during the week. It's stressing me out.

Girls Weekend

We are off for the weekend for our annual Girls Getaway. I am excited to go to Charleston as I've never been and heard great things. It sounds like it will be right up my alley. I already asked if we could go look at all the old plantation houses and wedding venues because they are just amazing up there and my sister looked at me like I was crazy! So we will see. We will be back Sunday. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Stuff Everywhere

I am in the process of buying plastic bins to put all my vases, lanterns, glassware, chargers, candles etc in that I have acquired over time. I have so much stuff and its sort of everywhere between mine and my parents house. So I am trying to get organized with it all. I literally need a whole room devoted to all my stuff and just have shelves on all walls because closets aren't cutting it.
But these are the next purchase on my list. I absolutely love them. They are great for luncheons, parties, weddings etc. I figured they will be good to have around.

Under the Weather

Jeff has not been feeling good and still is under the weather and I woke up this morning with a swollen throat and feel like crap. I'm guessing staying up extremely late and drinking all weekend probably wasn't very helpful but its not a good way to start the week especially with all the stuff I have to get done before I head out of town for Charleston for the weekend.

Playing Catch Up

We had a great weekend with family and friends. We were so happy to see Trey and Chelsea for the weekend. I am recovering on my lack of sleep and having to much fun today. So I will post later this week when I catch up with things.

I just wanted to say Happy Birthday to my Dad today. We just got home from celebrating his birthday but I'm off to bed! Hope everyone had a great 4th of July weekend.
