1 Year Anniversary

It's hard to believe it but Sunday is already mine and Jeff's one year anniversary. It seems like yesterday we were at our wedding celebrating the happiest day of our life. It definitely goes by all to quickly. I am still running around trying to figure out what to get him as he is probably the hardest person to shop for.
I'm thankful tomorrow is Friday and we have a long three day weekend involving a football game tomorrow night in the freezing cold, going to pick up our top tier of our wedding cake, church and a celebrating our anniversary.

I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend!

House Love

I love these dining room chairs!

New Toy

My mom and dad decided to buy a boat for our family. We are all going to share it. It will be a fun fishing boat for the boys mainly and now we have a boat when we go down to the keys for mini lobster season in July.

Some pictures I love that inspire me if I ever have a house.

This first one is our headboard I'm still waiting on, but I love all the decor that goes with it.

Start of Football Season

Football season has officially started for us. I play on a women's flag football team. This is my first year but I like it a lot. Jeff is one of the coaches so that is always interesting having your husband yell at you when your on the field. We played a bunch of cops last night who were talking quite a lot of smack prior to the game about beating us but we won 32 to 20 so it was a nice.
Here are a couple of pics of us out celebrating afterwards

New Years Weekend

We are back from our three day get away to Savannah, Ga. We had a great time with our friends full of eating, drinking and being tourists. There was lots of live music, dueling piano bars, 50 cent oysters (jeff's favorite). We did a trolley tour to learn about all the history Savannah has to offer. It really is such a neat town and I would definitely love to go back to walk through all the historic houses. Here are some pictures from the weekend.

This was in the middle of City Market on New Years Eve with a live band. It was really crowded, but lots of fun.

Ha this is Jeff on stage at the dueling piano bar learning a dance.

This is one of my favorite things about Savannah, Forsyth Park. It is so pretty and the Forsyth Mansion is beautiful. I wanted to have our wedding here, but opted against is since it would have required everyone to drive.

This is was the dueling piano bar, called Savannah Smiles. It is amazing how the guys know all these songs, but it was very entertaining and great music.

I am off to finish laundry and get ready to go back to work after my two week Christmas break. Hope everyone had a safe and happy new year.
