Since I started dieting I have probably have a smoothie a day because its filling and healthy. My sister turned me on to Yoplait Smoothies. You can find them in the frozen food section and they already have all the frozen fruit and little yogurt pieces in a package so you just add skim milk and blend it up. Its a delicious smoothie but yet still healthy. I highly recommend trying it if you like smoothies. They have a bunch of different flavors but I do Strawberry Banana.
